'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' remains number one on day two of release, opens strong internationally

The latest from The Twilight Examiner:

For a while, there was some speculation that The Twilight Saga: Eclipse might waver in the box office once The Last Airbender debuted, but yesterday's Airbender opening didn't match up with Eclipse's second day totals.
According to Gossip Cop, Eclipse took in an estimated $25 million yesterday, well above Airbender's $16 million.
Some predictions say that Eclipse's weekend total might be upwards of $180 million or even $200 million by Monday.
Internationally, the film has also made waves with a reported $16.2 million opening on the first day, setting records in Italy and Belgium and beating predecessor The Twilight Saga: New Moon's opening in several locations as well.
With this weekend's cast appearance push coming up and the July 4th weekend crowd rolling in, there's hardly any doubt Eclipse will hit the $180 mark . . . That'd put it above New Moon's opening weekend ($140.8 million) as well as current record-holder The Dark Knight ($158 million).

UPDATE:
More records…
The newest numbers have Eclipse putting up a $68.5 million total on its first day, breaking the Wednesday opening record of $62 million set by Transformers 2.
